Terms of Service & Store Policies — M ODEKU KISU

By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and Store Policies. All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in New Delhi.

1. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable goods and services tax (5% GST).
  • Product prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price charged at checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Service Area: We deliver to serviceable pin codes throughout India.
  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery is expected within 3 to 5 business days following order dispatch.
  • Shipping Fee: A flat delivery fee of ₹150.00 is added at checkout.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your package has been handed over to the courier.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order at no cost before the item has been dispatched.
  • Once the order is handed over to our shipping partner, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please follow the standard Return Policy upon delivery.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Return Window: Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Eligible Reasons: Items received damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition, with tags intact and original packaging included.

5. Refund Policy

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned package, our team inspects the item within 48 hours.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Payment Mode:
    • Online Orders (Razorpay): Refunded directly to the original payment source.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via direct bank account transfer (NEFT/IMPS) after the customer provides valid bank details.

6. Payment Methods

  • Online Payments: Secure checkout powered by Razorpay (accepts UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the delivery agent upon package arrival.
